| Hyperion Ensemble November 20, 2005 The Hyperion Ensemble has become the talk of chamber music circles in Europe. The mission of Hyperion is to offer audiences a range of unorthodox concert programs featuring well-known works coupled with seldom heard chamber music in a new context thereby changing the way they are perceived by the listener. |

entitled Exploring Russia – are Thomas Dunn, viola, Matthew Hunt, clarinet, Timothy
Jackson, horn, Ursula Leveaux, bassoon, Marie MacLeod, cello, Benjamin Nabarro, violin,
Richard Ormrod, piano, and Anna Safanova, violin. Soloist Richard Ormrod was recently appointed permanent pianist with the Hyperion Ensemble. "Ormrod plays with a technique and musical maturity that approaches the supernatural for one so young" - Stockton Record (California) |
